Hi I’m Hope, I have a huge love for spin and love to challenge a class to the very end. I’m at home on the bike and get a thrill from motivating groups with the use of drills and a good play list, a favourite pastime of mine is looking for the best killer track!
To balance my bike addication, I also love to teach group exercise classes that incorporate free weights and body weight exercises that complement eachother. For me, being strong and feeling healthy and able are the ingredients for a happy and fulfilling life.
