I love talking nutrition! As a body composition analyst I helped guide hundreds of people with their goals of fat loss, muscle mass gain, optimal nutrition for athletic performance, and general eating habits for longevity and vitality.
I'm also an avid Crossfitter !!! Over the last 7 years I've pursued the multiple disciplines of functional fitness, including: Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, power-lifting, endurance, strength, speed, and flexibility. The journey of athletic and health improvement is incredibly rewarding, and I'm excited to help coach you towards your personal goals.
