James is a strength, conditioning, and nutrition coach who is passionate about helping people live their healthiest and most athletic life.
James has experience training all ages, abilities and goals. Over the last 8 years he has pursued the multiple disciplines of functional fitness, including: Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, power-lifting and all things Crossfit.
James loves coaching group classes and individuals, helping them find a healthy balance with their fitness, nutrition and life, so that they can sustainably reach their goals, and have fun doing it.
