With over 15 years of experience as a qualified trainer, Tom holds certifications in Cert 3 & 4 fitness and is a Level 2 running coach accredited by Athletics Australia.

Having spent three years coaching surfing and the strength training around it, Tom brings a unique blend of expertise to the fitness industry. Tom’s journey took him to Thailand, where he delved into the art of Muay Thai, living in training camps for months on end from 2010 to 2015.

Specializing in a diverse array of disciplines, Tom offers tailored coaching services aimed at various demographics. From business owners seeking to enhance their fitness levels to individuals focused on muscle building or weight loss, Tom provides personalized training programs designed to achieve optimal results.

Additionally, Tom excels in marathon and running coaching, drawing from their Level 2 certification and personal passion for endurance sports. Their expertise extends to mentoring junior athletes in sports like rugby league and surfing, guiding them towards peak performance and skill development.
